Sarracenia
From September through May Sarracenia Circle meets at 10:00 AM the first Wednesday of each month.

SARRACENIA 2011-2012 AGENDA
|
The flower for which we were named, Sarracenia Purpurea, grows
wild in the boggy areas of Santa Rosa County. Its common name,
Pitcher-Plant, comes from the unusual shape of its leaf and its
considerable capacity for holding water. Our club has a generous
capacity, too - for sharing friendship and our love of gardening! We
were founded in 1978 and have been growing ever since. We try to
lean toward sunshine, cultivate patience, mend fences, share the
harvest and be thankful! We hope you will visit our meetings on the
first Wednesday of the month at 10:00 AM. Let us share our
knowledge of gardening, our experience and our friendship with you.
You are always welcome!
