MGC Rental Rates
| DATES ARE BOOKED UPON RECEIPT OF A SIGNED CONTRACT AND A DEPOSIT |
• Half of the rent is due when the agreement is signed.
• The remaining half of the rent is due two weeks prior to the event.
• There is an additional $150.00 due as security deposit at the time of booking
the date. The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after inspection
of the premises for the booked event . If there are any repairs or extra cleaning
charges, the deposit will be returned minus the cost of the repairs or cleaning.
The club is proud that we have refunded almost all of our deposits in full.
• If an additional partial day (not exceeding five hours) is required for setup
or rehearsal prior to the event, a reduced rate of $125.00 will be assessed
for such use.
• Needs requiring the building for more than the five hours will be charged a
full days rent of $300.00 or $150 depending on the day of the week. .

Multiple short meetings on Monday –Thursday (more than two) booked in advance
throughout the year may be considered for a special rate of $50.00. Contact the
