Welcome to the Milton Garden Club !
|The Milton Garden Club has two Circles- the Dogwood and
the Morning Glory. Our meetings run September-April, with
our Welcome Back Coffee in August and a President's
Luncheon in May for the installation of officers. Our Circles
meet the second Tuesday or Thursday of the month,
- To promote an interest in
gardening and the design and
management of gardens
- To encourage civic beautification
- To assist in the protection of native
plants and resources
- To offer a creative outlet with floral
We enjoy working together
Our club activities offer the members a
chance to mix and mingle with each
other through educational programs,
workshops, tours, and club committees.
The Christmas Tour of Homes has
created a new presence for the Milton
Garden Club in the community. Our
Spring plant sale gives us a chance to
show off our talents as gardeners.
District I is made up of garden clubs from four of the twelve counties in
Northwest Florida. Escambia County, Santa Rosa County, Okaloosa County and
The Florida Federation of Garden Clubs (FFGC) is the state organization. It is
part of the Deep South Region.
The Deep South Region is made up of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana,
Mississippi and Tennessee and is part of the National Garden Club.
The National Garden Club (NGC) provides education, resources and national
networking opportunities for its members to promote the love of gardening,
floral design, and civic and environmental responsibility.
